My Journal:
Our lesson in week 6 is all about Adverbs. Adverbs define verbs and modify adjectives and other adverbs. It can also be used to modify phrases, clauses, and sentences. Questions such as when, where, why, how, under what condition, and to what capacity can be answered using adverbs. There are various kinds of adverbs and positions of adverbs in a sentence. We've been given a task to make a journal about the topic. I learned that there are distinct types of adverbs which include adverb of time, adverb of manner, adverb of place, adverb of degree, and adverb of frequency. I also learned to identify which adverb is which, which I consider can help me for creating my sentences and for them to be much better. I didn't find it difficult. The highlight of the topic is adverbs.
